  • Overview
    This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which AMPA collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you and other users of AMPA’s website (“Site”).
  • Personal Identification Information
    AMPA values individual privacy. AMPA may collect Personal Identification Information obtained from users of the Site in numerous ways, including but not limited to, when users visit the Site, fill out forms, and/or insert information within the Site in connection with the proper activities, services, features or resources AMPA makes available on the Site.

Access to online member directory information is available only to AMPA members. However, we may occasionally provide, sell, or rent limited member data to third parties, such as companies that offer products and services related to the purposes or interests of AMPA and its members.

    As an AMPA member, if you prefer to receive mailings from AMPA only and do not wish to receive mailings from these other organizations, you may have your name and address removed from the lists.
    In addition, AMPA collects and uses user’s information for the following purposes:
    a. Improving the Site;
    b. Improving member and user services;
    c. Responding to inquiries;
    d. Processing payments;
    e. Communicating with you regarding AMPA and its related services and /or products;
    f. Creating or managing any member accounts;
    g. Managing internal operations;
    h. Marketing purposes;
    i. Enforcing the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement;
