This treat recipe is very simple to make and adds a nice flavor to the normal coconut oil treats. All you need is coconut oil, your choice of fat free yogurt, an ice tray or piggie silicone mold. First, mix one single serving container of your choice of yogurt and 1/4 cup of coconut oil into a bowl and mix.
We chose to use blueberry for this weeks batch of goodies. If your yogurt is cold, the coconut oil will harden, and the mixture will become gritty. This is normal as the coconut oil changes from a liquid to a solid once it reaches certain temperatures.
Once your yogurt and coconut oil is mixed well, place the mixture into your mold and freeze. Once frozen, you can keep them in a zip-lock bag or container.
