The American Mini Pig Association is proud to introduce Stacey Davenport of Pig Pen Hill Mini Pigs in Cadiz, Kentucky as a Registered Breeder Member. Stacey has taken the required steps to stand out as an honest, ethical, transparent, and supportive mini pig breeder. She has agreed to follow the AMPA Breeder Code of Ethics. Her website and social media have been screened and approved by AMPA, and she has taken photos of measurements of her pigs proving their size without a doubt to avoid confusion or misunderstandings with new pig parents. Stacey has taken the steps necessary to bring together expectation and reality! She provides thorough screening of potential pig parents and offers life time support for the pigs and their families.
Pig Pen Hill Mini Pigs has an outstanding reputation for healthy pigs and a lifetime of support. Stacey is a breeder you can trust, focused on quality not quantity. She will give it to you straight, the ups, the downs, the struggles and the joys. Stacey and her husband, Shane, has been raising mini pigs for over 5 years with ample opportunities to educate and mentor other breeders as well as countless mini pig parents. At Pig Pen Hill Mini Pigs you will find gorgeous American Mini Pigs and Juliana pigs.
As a pet pig mom herself with two house pigs, Stacey understands all that pig parents face. Toby is a very special house pig with special needs. Stacey went to great lengths to not only save his life but give him all the comforts and priviledges he deserves. She is ready to help you through any struggles, questions or challenges that arise during the pig parenthood journey. She truly enjoys the companionship of her mini pigs and spends much of her time at their side. She is closely bonded with each of her pigs, intune with each of their quirks and personalities. Stacey makes sure that each individual’s needs are met at all times for the best quality of life. This kind of time commitment only comes when you genuinely love what you do!
Stacey is a true ambassador and advocate for mini pigs. For years she has been helping pig parents raise and enjoy their mini pigs through education, advice, and support. Stacey has been an integral part of the American Mini Pig Association from the very begining. She has helped to shape the AMPA and the goals for improving the community for the welfare of the pigs.
Stacey also dedicates much of her time to the AMPA’s 501c3 nonprofit organizations, American Mini Pig Rescue and American Mini Pig Education. Due to her great achievements, Stacey was named AMPA Committee Member of the Year in 2015.

At Pig Pen Hill, Stacey chooses quality breeding stock based on disposition, health, structure, and genetics for the improvement of the breed. She cares about each individual mini pig as well as the overall health and welfare of mini pigs in the community.
Stacey has a policy to take back any of her mini pigs for any reason if the owner is no longer able to care for them. She ensures her pigs will never want for a good home. She has also been very active in rescue missions. She keeps in close contact with the shelters and animal control facilities in her area in case any mini pigs are in need. She carefully screens prospective adoptive families just as thoroughly as she does for her own mini pigs. Stacey is a shining example of a responsible breeder. She sets a standard that other breeders strive to meet.
Pig Pen Hill Mini Pigs website mentions: “We are a small scale breeder located in Cadiz, Ky with over 5 years of experience in owning and breeding miniature pigs. We place a high priority on providing a safe, healthy, clean and sanitary living environment for all of our babies! Our pigs will never be misused or abused. We are honest about who we are and about the qualities of our babies. Everything we do is for the benefit of our pigs, so as to fully respect the serious responsibility and pleasure it is to have them in our care. We strive to produce the highest quality pets possible. We also strive to find and place our pigs in a loving home for lifelong companionship. We believe in quality and not quantity. We hope to establish and maintain excellent relationships with new pig owners for the life of the pig and beyond!
We are proud to say that we are registered breeders with the American Mini Pig Association (AMPA) and are held to a high standard of breeding and strict code of ethics. We are also one of only two breeders in the state of Kentucky that have registered breeding stock with the Juliana Pig Association & Registry (JPAR).
We take great pride in our pigs as we breed for conformation, health, size, and personality. Our babies are the sweetest, most loving, and spoiled pigs around! We typically have four litters a year, as each mom has only one litter per year to allow her to rest and recover between litters. Our pigs are never over or underfeed to ensure they are in top shape and healthy as possible. When choosing to purchase from us, you are not alone in your experiences. Our home and lines of communication are always open forquestions, concerns, or advice ever you may need us for the life of the pig and beyond!”
