Mini Pig Ice Cream Cake For All Occassions
Try this easy and delicious recipe to treat your mini pig with a home made ice cream cake! Recipe provided by Pigs in a Pocket.
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 old fashioned oats
Blend bananas and vanilla in blender until smooth
Line cake mold with aluminum
Pour 1/2 the amount in the cake mold (I just used a bowl) and set the rest aside
Blend 1/4 melted coconut oil and oats and layer in the cake mold and gently pat down and layer with remaining banana mixture
Freeze until hard, over night is best and gently remove from mold
Blend remaining peanut butter and melted coconut oil and pour over mold, this will form a hard shell.
Decorate with your pigs favorite treat! (pictured with cherrios)
