Mini Pig Sunday Breakfast 

2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes 

 

This amazingly simple banana pancake recipe is brought to you by Pigs in a Pocket. Savanna cooks this delish breakfast for her mini pig family every other sunday. 

 

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 banana

 

 

 

Directions:

Mash banana and stir in eggs, the consistency will be lumpy. Pour small pancakes (this will make about 3) onto the pan and allow one side to cook until golden brown and the uncooked side is beginning to set. Carefully flip the pancake, this is harder than cooking a traditional pancake, so make sure you are careful.
