Frosting
1 package of cream cheese
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tbs of honey
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Cake
1 cup of flour
½ tsp of baking soda
¼ cup of peanut butter
¾ cup of apple sauce
½ cup canned 100% pumpkin
1 banana, mashed
INGREDIENTS
Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Combine all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl and mix until smooth, you will have a thick paste like consistency
- Pour batter into greased 8” round cake pan
- Bake for 35- 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- Allow to cool, then frost and decorate as desired
Frosting
- Mix equal parts softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth
- Stir in honey and cinnamon
- Use to decorate cake
